Return Policy
Please note our Return Policy. There are no cash refunds at Anastasia's for defective products. Instead, we offer in-store credit to apply towards your next purchase.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Must return to the location where originally purchased
Must be returned within 7 days of original purchase
Must have the receipt from the original purchase
Must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold
Price tag must still be attached
Accessories, including shoes, bags, backpacks and purses, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, scarves, etc. are final sale.
